2025 brings more major planetary
changes than we have seen in decades. We can expect to see a great deal of
change if not turmoil during the first 7 months of the year so fasten your seat
belts.
January begins with powerful
retrograde Mars opposing Pluto for the 2nd time. This volatile, if
not violent aspect will play out over the first 11 days of the year at least.
When Mars is retrograde it typically brings out its worst qualities of anger
and aggression especially with men who are rash, impatient and abrasive. Those
who start wars are never winners! Mars, by the way rules men. We will get to
Venus, the ruler of women later on.
A slow start with many delays and changes;
Mars is retrograde followed by Venus retrograde
The first 6 days of the year Mars is
at 1-0 degrees of Leo opposing Pluto in Aquarius. Aquarius rules the collective
who will make their desires known, and it won’t be in a subtle way. Leo is a
fire sign, known for grandstanding and drama, especially when retrograde.
Mars/Pluto is a violent aspect prone to upheaval.
It is not lost on anyone that January
6th in the US is the day the Presidential election is certified and
January 3rd is the first day of Congress. The Moon in Aries will
make for a powerful if not volatile day on the 6th. Since Mars is retrograde
both now and January 20th, the day of the Presidential inauguration
there may be a great deal of remorse and buyers regret concerning this election
in the months and years to come and plans will not go as expected.
Mars opposed Pluto November 4th-10th
(the peak period) the first time and will oppose it for the 3rd time
when it finally turns direct April 19th-30th.
January 7th Mars
retrogrades back into the sign of Cancer. Cancer rules the home and the
homeland and is often connected to self described patriots when Mars is in this
sign. Pluto was in Cancer during WW11. Since Cancer rules women we will see an
increase in ‘female warriors’ fighting for causes they believe in.
Mars is a soldier and a warrior and
the Roman God of War. It is said that anyone who starts a war on retrograde
Mars ends up the loser.
Conflict is a major issue with
retrograde Mars and it rules weapons, fighting, military and law enforcement
among other things. All options are open considering the hot spots around the
globe at this time.
In your own life you need to come up
with a strategy to get through this time. The Mars energy needs to be released
in some constructive way as opposed to drifting with the wind with no plan.
Direct your energy toward some worthwhile goal and choose to avoid conflicts
with others that can escalate.
Mars will remain in Leo-Cancer and
retrace its (our) steps when it turns direct at 17 degrees of Cancer February
24th. If this degree impacts your chart look for something
significant to happen depending on what the aspect it. Mars will finally leave Cancer/Leo
June 17th when it enters Virgo.
It is best not to start important new
projects on a retrograde Mars if possible. Also remember accidents are more
likely to occur on a retrograde Mars and at times physical health can suffer if
there are already problems. Frustration and anger can be a problem as well.
Mars rules energy and our actions
which can be thwarted and delayed when Mars is retrograde. Mars will remain in its shadow period until
May 2nd; this is a long transit and a long story to unfold.
A few weeks after Mars turns direct
February 23rd, Mercury retrogrades on March 15th at 9 degrees of
Aries until April 7th when it turns direct at 26 degrees of Pisces.
Like Mars, this retrograde Mercury will travel between two signs.
January 20th; Inauguration Day in
the US
Inaugurations of US Presidents are
always set for noon, January 20th during election times. This year
is different because the Sun conjuncts Pluto which represents change but also
those who try and force their will on others. Pluto is called ‘The God of the
Underworld’, for a reason and is connected to corruption, violence and subversive
activities not limited to the US.
The Sun is always at 0-1 degrees of Aquarius
on an inauguration, but has never conjuncted Pluto on inauguration Day. There
will be a great deal of anger, push back and friction in the country. This is
no light transit and opens the door to many possibilities including violence
and other world events.
The Moon is in peace loving Libra but
squares Mercury and Mars. While there are voters who are pleased with the
outcome, many Americans will not be and will make their voices heard,
especially women. Moon-Mars aspects are indicative of anger and agitation.
Venus sextiles Mercury indicative of
speeches and communication and for some a pleasant time.
Venus is conjunct Saturn in Pisces and
the two planets don’t gel well together. Venus represents love and values and Saturn
is the planet of restrictions and the combination can be difficult. Venus also rules younger women.
Another significant transit is Mars retrograde Mars at
24 degrees which conjuncts President elect Trump’s Saturn. It’s an odd transit
for an inauguration since it usually denotes frustration and anger. Some sort of delay is a possibility and if not
it is still a difficult and frustrating transit.
Venus retrogrades
March 2nd the planet ruling
women, money, values and beauty turns retrograde until April 13th.
It retrogrades at 10 degrees of Aries and turns direct at 24 degrees of Pisces.
Like the other retrogrades this one will alternate between the signs of
Aries-Pisces.
The Shadow Period
Energy begins to
slowly shift as Venus enters its shadow period which begins on January 30th.
Retrograde Venus has a shadow period before the retrograde begins as well as
after it turns direct.
The most
important period is the stationary retrograde period when
Venus is starting to retrograde and the stationary direct period when
it is about to move forward again.
If Venus makes an
aspect in your chart when the retrograde motion begins or when it starts to
move forward you can expect a significant event. If Venus makes a positive
aspect when it turns direct it can indicate meeting someone significant if the
rest of the chart agrees.
Venus and love
When Venus
retrogrades issues concerning love and relationships become more intense and
people sometimes find themselves in situations concerning love where events
beyond their control that seem to take over.
Venus retrogrades
about every 18 months. Relationships can slow down for a time
or bad ones can end altogether. If your relationship is solid you
may experience very little, and it can become an experience that strengthens
the union, as you work through issues and concerns together.
Venus retrograde
is a time for re-accessing and revaluating our relationships. Even
if you and the object of your affection are on solid ground you or they could
suddenly get cold feet. Sometimes people change
partners. But, if your relationship is basically sound you will most
likely be fine.
During a Venus
retrograde period the things that Venus influences will be less apparent and
visual sensibilities can be reduced. These is not the time to buy jewelry, art,
expensive clothing or decorations, give big parties, get married, engaged or
have plastic surgery. Since Venus rules the courts, legal situations can slow
down as can diplomatic efforts. Unresolved issues come forward and
demand resolution. It may be more difficult to express ourselves
socially. Venus is the lesser of the two money planets, and money
will not flow as freely during this period.
Venus tends to
take us back to people and things from the past. Sometimes old friends or
lovers return and we may take many pleasant trips down memory lane.
Venus retrograde
works on the collective level as well as the personal. Events can transpire in
the world that are affected by Venus’s retrograde. It may be money, art and
collective values where we see change the most.
Jupiter squares Saturn
As we begin the year Jupiter is square Saturn in
very close orb. Jupiter is the planet of expansion and Saturn
is the planet of restriction and they will clash. Of course we will feel the
energy both before this date and after. The most intense period will be from
roughly December 15-mid January, 2025. While this is the most intense time,
events connected to this transit can occur at any time the planets are in orb
with each other. Jupiter and Saturn are 2 of the most significant planets in
astrology and are considered the ‘social’ planets because they represent the
broader societal structures and factors and influences on our lives.
While this
transit will bring some challenges, it can also offer some creative change. In
effect this will slow some things down and it will be a time when we have to
get real. Saturn is about reality and if something has grown too fast we have
to slow it down now either willingly or in some cases unwillingly.
Alternatively some things may seem like a wet blanket being thrown at us.
Jupiter is the
money planet and it is retrograde so it’s not operating at its best. When
Jupiter squared Saturn this past August the US Stock market dropped more
than1000 points. This transit not only affects us, but the state of the world
and in particular the hot spots around the globe.
This
transit might be compared to trying to paddling a canoe upstream or trying to
drive with the brakes on. Money issues may come to the surface, or depending on
what is in your chart you may feel the restriction coming from some other area
of life. For some, relationships may end at this time, but only if they are not
working out already. Any relationship can be affected but if the partnership is
basically sound it should withstand the stress.
You
may lack inner conviction, or your timing can be off. It is
important to consider these factors.
This
transit can represent legal, financial and business problems, and there could
be a lack of support, especially if this aspects your personal chart. There
could be issues with higher education, moral issues, or indifference.
Frustration may build up to the point where something has to give and change
occurs at this point. You may have to limit spending on entertainment.
This represents a
cycle that will play out in the US and the world over the next 7 months. While
Jupiter squares Saturn in Gemini/Pisces in December/January, in June Jupiter
moves into Cancer and Saturn is in Aries creating yet another square in
different signs. This aspect is in tight orb June 9th-27th
and is exact on June 15th, 2025. This falls very close to Venus in
the US chart the ruler of women, values and money.
Cancer/Aries is
more aggressive and emotional. When planets enter Cancer the home/homeland
often becomes important as does patriotism or perceived patriotism. Aries has
an aggressive and impatient nature.
Cancer is ruled
by the moon and is the significator of women as well as our emotional lives.
Aries is ruled by Mars, the significator of men, action and aggression.
Past squares between Jupiter and Saturn
Saturn
and Jupiter squared each other July-August of 2015 in Leo-Scorpio, and then
again in Virgo-Sagittarius May of 2016.
In
2015 the aspect coincided with;
-The
US Supreme Court ruled in favor of Obamacare and same sex marriage.
-The
Charleston massacre occurred
-Rockets
were fired from Gaza and the IDF retaliated with attacks on Hamas
-Record
breaking heat and rain across the US.
-Donald
Trump announced candidacy for President
In
2016 the aspect considered with;
-Donald
Trump elected President
-
Egypt Air flight MS804 goes missing over the Mediterranean on route Paris to
Cairo
-
Mullah Akhtar Muhammad Mansour, leader of the Afghan Taliban is reportedly
killed by a US drone in Pakistan
The
above are only a few of the important events that occurred during these
previous transits.
Saturn-Jupiter
transits begin anew every 20 years. The cycle we are began in December of 2020
when Jupiter and Saturn conjuncted in Aquarius and we are now
experiencing the next phase of that cycle which is the square; a difficult
aspect that tests what we have learned since 2020.
The
late astrologer Andre Barbault connects this cycle with Europe and significant
changes there. It can also coincide with unpopular bills and legislation, court
decisions and financial changes.
Pluto is in Aquarius until 2044
Pluto
will spend its first full year in Aquarius, and has not been in this sign in
257 years. I have written many times that Pluto/Aquarius will be about the
people and what the collective desires. Thus far we can see this occurring
around the globe since the following events have occurred at the time of this
post was written in December.
-Al-Assad
has fled Syria where he has brutally repressed the people since 2000.
-South
Korean President Yoon is banned from international travel and his government is
in trouble since he declared martial law. The population rose up and he had to
resend it.
-Election
results thrown out in Romania due to Russian interference. Germany has accused
Elon Musk of interfering in the election using misinformation.
-Massive
protests in the country of Georgia after the government suspended talks
concerning joining the EU. Protestors feel this endangers their country and
many believe the election was not legitimate and are calling for a new election
within a year.
Pluto
re-entered Aquarius November 18th, 2024.
Much
more will happen during this cycle and this is only the beginning. Pluto is a
slow moving planet so the world will not change overnight and little occurs
without pushback.
The lunar nodes change signs January 11th, 2025
The lunar nodes are not planets but
points in the sky that indicate where we are going both as individuals and as a
collective, with an emphasis on the collective. In this respect they can
indicate the collective destiny.
The nodes change signs every 1.5 years
and are moving from Aries-Libra to Pisces-Virgo. They will remain here until
July 26, 2026. The North Node represents where we are going and the South Node
represents what holds us back. The North Node moves into Pisces and the South
Node into Virgo.
Since the North node shows us where we
are going Pisces is a spiritual, dreamy sign. It can represent religion or
spirituality, art, psychics, music and all of the creative fields along with
intuition and faith in the universe and our ultimate destiny. At best, this can
be about healing the population and the world but this will remain to be seen.
The healing that the North Node seeks in Pisces is through self understanding
that sometimes comes through pain. While Pisces can represent many beautiful
things it also represents confusion, lack of clarity and it can represent lies,
deceit, misinformation and propaganda which is increasing in the world. It can
also be involved with drugs/alcohol/substance addictions and processing
emotions through addictions.
The 6th/12th
axis is also the axis of work and health. Work in terms of the general
population will come into focus as will health. This could denote some type of
health crisis.
The South Node in Virgo has the
potential to balance out some of the misinformation but it also represents
being overly critical or demanding. Virgo is known for wanting perfection and
to be perfect in everything. It can play the blame game. Virgo also represents
health and work, worry and anxiety, stress and skepticism. Its best role will
be to balance out the lack of clarity Pisces can sometimes bring.
Let’s take a look at when the Nodes were in
these signs:
January 7-1932-April 1933-The Great
depression, FDR elected, rise of Adolph Hitler, Prohibition repealed
Jul
27, 1950 – Mar 28, 1952-Mccarthism, the Korean War, greatest storm of the 20th
century, development of hydrogen bomb, start of the cold war.
Apr
20, 1969 – Nov 2, 1970-First moon landing, Stonewall riots, Woodstock, student
protests, Beatles break up, Vietnam War
Dec 3, 1987 – May
22, 1989 Ronald Reagan Berlin wall speech, Margret Thatcher becomes PM, Pan AM
103 crashes, Soviet War in Afghanistan ends
Jun 23, 2006 –
Dec 18, 2007-subprime mortgage crisis begins, Face book and Utube created,
Saddam Hussein sentenced to death.
As you can see many critical events have happened in the past when the nodes are in these signs. It is important to not be overly critical (Virgo) or delusional (Pisces). It is also very important to go to good sources for your news. This does not include social media outlets who has launched mass misinformation campaigns concerning just about everything or extremely partisan news outlets to name only a few bad sources. Think, and choose carefully the information you feed your brain and most importantly believe. Cross reference your sources. Be aware of who owns the outlets you connect to. Misinformation will be one of the most urgent problems we face.
May 26-September 23rd Neptune enters Aries
Neptune rules the unconscious both
individually and collectively. It is the planet of creativity, spirituality,
compassion and humanitarianism but it also rules lies, deception,
misinformation and confusion along with addictions and drugs.
Neptune was last in Aries from 1862-1875.
Of course this period covered part of the US Civil war. This period also led to
advances in chemistry and drugs. Spiritualism was prevalent during this time,
but how much of it was real and how much an illusion is hard to know.
Aries is ruled by Mars the planet of
war and aggression, action and it also rules men. Men could suffer collectively
from some sort of identity crisis.
Aries rules the first house or the
self. We will all be driven to accomplish our personal goals. Neptune in Aries
will put impulsiveness in the sign of service and spirituality and even with
Neptune’s veil we may see more clear cut actions. We could see those who are
pioneers, religious zealots and extremists determined to carry out their goals
but others who aren’t will be just as determined. Wars are possible with
Neptune in this sign as it is ruled by Mars. We must be careful not to develop
a war like and aggressive mentality as Neptune rules the collective mindset.
During the parts of the year Neptune
is not in Aries it will be at 29 degrees of Pisces from March 4th onward.
Neptune has been in Pisces since April of 2011 with a short foray back into
Aquarius for a few months. This is how the outer planets operate; we get a
preview of what the sign will bring before it enters for a long period of time.
The 29th degree is
considered a critical degree and is significant. We may be seized with an
urgency we have only a short time to correct something and critical events may
well occur during these periods.
Saturn enters Aries May 26th-September
2nd.
Saturn leaves Pisces and dips its toes
into the next sign which is Aries. There could not be 2 signs any more
different. Aries rules the 1st house of the zodiac; Pisces rules the
12th house or last house of the zodiac. Like the 29th
degree, the 0 degree is also considered critical. The 0 degree of Aries is
considered the ‘world point.’ Not only does the zodiac begin here, we may all
be concerned with events that can affect us all with a planet at this degree.
Saturn in Aries will move from 0-1 degrees this year before returning to Pisces
for the next 5 and half months.
Aries is ruled by Mars the planet of
action and aggression. With Saturn in this sign we may take more
initiative. Aries can be connected with
courage and responsibility. Aries can be connected with leadership and
responsibility but some may develop a short fuse.
We will need to watch for impatience,
fear of failure, authority issues and burnout.
When Saturn changes signs our lives
change along with the world and we will need to watch for more aggressive
behavior and war personally and globally.
Saturn in Aries is unfavorably placed
as it is considered at its fall in astrology. This means it is at its weakest
state and is not comfortable with the energy.
The last few cycles of Saturn in Aries
occurred during the following dates;
Apr 25, 1937 to Mar 20, 1940
Mar 3, 1967, to Apr 29, 1969
Apr 7, 1996, to Feb 28, 1999
As you can see from the dates we
experienced WW11, Vietnam and we saw the US involved in ‘operation desert
strike,’ and of course there was the Kosovo conflict to name only several
events during the last period.
Saturn conjuncts Neptune
When
Saturn enters Aries it will conjunct Neptune in Aries the entire time it is in
this sign in 2025. When Saturn and Neptune return to Aries in 2026 they will
conjunct again and this period will last for approximately 3 years.
Saturn
and Neptune have a confusing and dissolving affect at the same time. Saturn
represents structures and Neptune dissolves. Saturn squared Neptune in 2015-16.
An
aspect like this is rare and not only does it affect us, it has a global affect
and we will see many changes over the next few years.
Saturn
last conjuncted Neptune in Aries in 1702-1703. Prior to this it was 1380, so
this is a rare occurrence for these planets to co-mingle in the sign that rules
the 1st house.
In
1702 St. Petersburg in Russia was founded. Some astrologers associate this
transit with Russia and it certainly appears to be the case.
It
is likely this period will usher in social unrest. Information will be foggy,
misinformation will be rampant and we will need to be able to think clearly and
check and recheck the information we absorb.
Saturn-Neptune historical events
1989
saw Saturn and Neptune conjunct in the sign of Capricorn. During this time the
Berlin wall came down and we saw the fall of communism in Eastern Europe, the
Romanian Revolution, the Tiananmen Square Protests, and the ‘Velvet revolution
in Czechoslovakia. George H Bush was inaugurated; the World Wide Web was
introduced and a major earthquake struck in Loma Prieta, Ca.
Saturn
and Neptune conjoined in 1952 in the sign Libra. During this period certain
world leaders were born such as Putin and Jinping, current President of China.
This conjunction saw a polio epidemic and The Great Smog in London which
alerted the world of the dangers of the use of coal.
In
1917 Saturn and Neptune were conjunct in Leo and America entered WW1, the
Russian revolution occurred and we saw the Spanish Flu that killed between
17-100 million deaths worldwide.
Everything
that occurs under this transit is not negative, but it is a confusing period
and we will have to shift through what is accurate and what is propaganda.
A significant period
One
of the most significant dates during the Saturn-Neptune conjunction is August 6th-13th,
2025 At this time Mars in Libra opposes the Saturn-Neptune conjunction. This
will certainly play out in terms of events around the globe and will affect all
of those with Cardinal planets (Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn) at 1-3
degrees.
Mars/Saturn
transits coincide with events that can seem cruel. This is a frustrating aspect
that indicates delays and anger. Mars-Neptune transits can be connected with
gasses, chemicals, water events and misinformation. Anger and frustration are
part of this aspect on a personal and global level.
We
are also dealing with a full moon on August 10th at 10 degrees of
Capricorn that may amp up any situation that is occurring. It will oppose Venus
and Jupiter, the 2 money planets and Venus rules women. Retrograde Mercury will
only heighten the confusion at this time
Saturn/Neptune
can be a difficult transit in the world. It is fortunate these planets will
sextile Pluto in Aquarius. It’s hard to know what this will bring, but it is
positive and likely connected with some type or types of advancements for all
of humanity even though Saturn is conjunct Neptune.
July 6th-November
8th Uranus enters Gemini
Uranus has been in Taurus since May of
2018.Like the other outer planets we will have a preview this year of what to
expect when the planet of the unexpected goes into the next sign or Gemini.
Uranus rules technology, freedom,
upheaval, explosions, aircraft and electricity and future advancements. It also
rules all forms of communication. While
Taurus rules the 2nd house of money with Venus as its ruling planet,
Gemini rules the 3rd house of communication and its planetary ruler
is Mercury the planet of communication. Uranus has not been comfortable in the
sign of Taurus and is considered at its fall here which means the energy is not
smooth, and the benefits Uranus are not so strong. You might even say the
planet can ‘misbehave.’ Uranus is
comfortable in Gemini and neither at its fall or exaltation so the energy of
the planet will operate in an easier manner than Taurus and is more neutral.
Communication and the ability to
communicate will change dramatically under this aspect and we will make huge advancements
in technology, travel, communication and new ideas. Gemini is about reason, and
is always taking in new information.
Uranus returns to Gemini every 84
years and spends about 7 years in each sign. Uranus was in Gemini during the
following periods;
-1939-1945
-1861-1865
-1775-1783
Some astrologers associate
Uranus/Gemini with the US entering a period of war, and you can see from the
last 3 periods this has been the case. My thought however, is that the US has
been involved in conflict during most if not all of the signs Uranus has
transited through.
Jupiter transits through Gemini and into
Cancer
Jupiter is the planet of gain and
expansion and wherever it goes is where we see our benefit. Jupiter will remain
in the sign of Gemini until June 9th, when it moves into Cancer. At
this time Jupiter is retrograde but its beneficial rays will improve when it
turns direct on February 4th.
Gemini is about information, for
better or worse. While this is a positive trait, with Saturn and Neptune in
confusing Pisces it seems this has contributed to a great deal of
mis-information and propaganda over the past year.
Jupiter in this sign is beneficial for
writing, publishing, speaking, sales, broadcasting and travel.
Jupiter enters Cancer June 9th
and will remain in this sign until July 2026. Cancer is about home family, and
getting in touch with our emotions.
When Jupiter is in this sign many
people buy real estate, move or re-decorate the home. Family get together are
more frequent and there will be more entertaining at home. Of course this is a
great placement for Water and Earth signs, especially Cancer.
Jupiter takes 12 years to go through
the entire zodiac and transited Cancer the following years;
-June 27, 2013-July 16, 2014
-July 14, 2001-August 1st,
2002
-July 31, 1989-August 18, 1990
The United States is a Cancer country.
When Jupiter enters Cancer it can only be beneficial for the US in terms of
finances and expansion. In the US chart
Jupiter will;
-conjunct Venus (women, money) June
8-27
-conjunct Jupiter (money, partners)
July 1-7
-conjunct the Sun (the nation itself
and head of state) August 7-11
-square Saturn (Congress, head of
state)-difficult August 11-16
-sextile Neptune (foreign affairs,
health, work)-September 26-October 5
-conjunct Mercury (communication,
media, finances)-October 14-November 1.
-Oppose Pluto (extremism)-this does
not hit exact degree until 2026 but close from November 4-21st
As you can see the majority of this is
positive and so for the most part it is to the benefit of the US. The dates
above represent times the aspect is exact. The energy however is present before
and after these dates. Jupiter in Cancer will be like a silver lining in some
ways.
Jupiter squares Neptune in Cancer/Aries
On June 18th, Jupiter
squares Neptune but we will feel the energy before and after this transit is exact.
It will be in a tight orb which means the energy is powerful from June 9th-at
least mid July.
Neptune is the
planet of illusion, delusion and confusion, as well as creativity, psychic
abilities, drugs and alcohol to name just a few. The symbol representing
Neptune is two fish swimming in opposite directions. Neptune is frequently
associated with lies, deception, lack of clarity and self deception. That said
it rules the artistic world, psychics, religion and spirituality, compassion
and sacrifice.
Jupiter is the
planet of expansion and gain and wherever it falls in our charts gain can be
expected. Sagittarius is an optimistic and expansive sign.
But, as Jupiter
clashes with Neptune issues and situations can become muddled. Things may not
be what they appear and we can be deceived into believing things are one way
when in fact they are another. As Jupiter expands whatever it touches
deceptions can get larger along with self deception.
Gaslighting,
smoke and mirrors, unclear scenarios and self delusion will be common during
this transit. Confusion and lack of clarity or being mislead in terms of the facts will be the hallmark of this time.
On the other
hand, this can be beautiful, spiritual and creative energy. Compassion can be
given or received, creativity may be at a high, as can psychic abilities, and
dreams can be vivid. The last time Jupiter squared Neptune Pope Francis visited
the US and Congress.
Love can seem
ideal at this time. A relationship that seems this way should be given the test
of time because only when these planets move apart or separate and we are no
longer under the 'Neptunian spell,' can we gauge accurately whether or not we
feel the same way as we do under this transit. As the two planets separate
things and situations can be revealed to be different from what we may have
thought.
Eclipses in 2025
We will experience the following
eclipses in 2025
-March 13th/14th,
Lunar eclipse in Virgo at 23 degrees
-March 29th, Solar eclipse
in Aries at 9 degrees
-September 7th, lunar
eclipse at 15 degrees of Pisces
-September 21st, solar
eclipse at 21 degrees of Virgo
Mercury retrogrades in 2025
March 15–April 7,
July 18–August 11, and November 9–29.
Final thoughts
2025 will be a year like no other with
the number of outer planets changing signs and we are entering into uncharted
territory we have not seen in our lifetimes. We can expect changes and delays
during the first quarter with all of the retrogrades. The Jupiter-Saturn square
will dominate the times through July and this tends to slow many things down
that could include financial markets.
The outer planets that change signs in
2025 are;
Pluto in Aquarius
Neptune in Aries
Uranus in Gemini
Plus, Saturn enters Aries which will
also play a role.
The planets in the above signs all
involve easy aspects with each other forming either trines or sextiles which is
positive and nothing we have ever seen both and 2025 and the next several years,
excluding Saturn-Neptune which I do not consider positive.
Of course these planets will give us a
preview of what to come, but they aren’t finished with their current cycles
just yet so:
Neptune will retrograde back into
Pisces at 29 degrees, and does not begin the Aries cycle in earnest until
January 7th, 2026.
Uranus will not completely move into
Uranus, as it too will retrograde back into Taurus. That cycle ends as it
returns to Gemini for the next 7 years April 27th, 2026.
While Saturn is not technically an
outer planet it enters Aries for the next two and a half years February 14th,
2026.
During the time Neptune is not in
Aries it will be at 29 degrees of Pisces a great deal of the year. The 29th
degree is called the anaretic degree and is considered critical. Uranus in
Taurus will also reach its 29th degree in 2025.
The outer planets
always show us the state of the world. With Pluto in Aquarius and Uranus in
Gemini technology will take off like a rocket as will science and there is no
telling what benefits society will experience. While every sign has its ‘dark
side’ for all of the outer planets to line up in this manner will be nothing
short of phenomenal and can only benefit and advance society in the years to
come.
Astrologer Andre
Barbualt calls this time ‘the most benefic of the century that will work for
the best in a splendid relaunch of civilization. It includes ‘the coming
together of the external and internal, rational and spiritual, mind and soul, human
beings surpassing themselves while experiencing life on a higher level.’
None of this will
happen overnight however, but along with the stressful aspects we will be able
