Final Full moon of 2024 in Gemini

The final full moon on December 15^th, 2024 falls at 23 degrees of Gemini on the same day Mercury turns direct. Gemini rules the third house of communication and learning so this Moon is all about communication. The problem is will the communication be on target or foggy and muddled causing more confusion than anything else?

Mercury turns direct on this full moon, but the day or two on and after it turns direct things sometimes reverse course again or more information comes out that changes something, so it is not yet safe to go back into the water as Mercurial energy is so changeable at this time. Events connected to the full moon can also be delayed, and the energy of the full moon is present until December 30^th when we experience a New Moon in the grounding sign of Capricorn.

Add to this the full moons square Neptune and we have a recipe for miscommunication, misunderstandings and many things seeming unclear. All of this will straighten out in a few days but this will be the time to consider all things, offers and propositions very carefully.

With the Moons square to Neptune expect vivid dreams, creativity and compassion in some cases along with a possible spiritual bent. It’s possible new information will be revealed.

The Moon conjuncts Jupiter, the planet of expansion. This is generally positive, but Jupiter’s current square to Saturn may cut back on Jupiter’s beneficial rays and since Jupiter is retrograde guard against being overly confident about something you aren’t really sure of.

Venus is still opposing Mars. This aspect can create romantic times, but it can also bring friction and disagreements between the sexes. Mars opposition to Pluto is dominating the sky and will through the first part of January. This is volatile energy indicative of fights, arguments and breakups. You will be affected to a greater degree if you have planets in Leo, Scorpio, Aquarius or Taurus at 0-5 degrees.

Interesting to note this moon falls on Mars in the US chart and squares the US natal Neptune. 

Mars is the planet of aggression and anger and is in the 7^th house (of the US chart) which rules open enemies of the US. Countries have charts just as people do.

Neptune in the US chart falls in the 9^th house of courts and foreign affairs so on or around this moon we may see information that will be revealed we may not have expected. It can also represent conflict from foreign relations or adversaries.
