Venus, Pluto and Uranus: Money, love, transformations and you

During the first half of November Uranus and Pluto are in an exact square with each other which will bring many changes to the world and to our lives if it is transiting a personal planet in your natal chart.

This square will re-occur numerous times until 2016 and the end result will be changes in the world, many of them disruptive. This transit occurred in the mid-1930's (and the 1960's) which we generally associate with the Great Depression, but around the world many other situations occurred as well. The 1960's brought major social change to the world.

As other faster moving planets transit through the sky they will periodically "set off" the U-P square and events that occur will be large and many of them will have global impact and they will affect you if the square is hitting your own chart.

 November 14-15, 2013 and the few days before and after, Venus in Capricorn will set off the U-P square at 9 degrees, and this will involves situations relating to money, finance, women, sex, relationships, courts and governments. Major transformations of all sorts can occur. Look for this energy to start working immediately.

 In your own life unexpected events in personal relationships, money issues and intense reactions and transformations of all sorts are all possible. These situations are likely to occur if you have a Cardinal planet (Aries, Libra, Cancer or Capricorn) from about 6-12 degrees in one of the above signs.

If you do not have a Cardinal planet at these degrees you may still feel the effects or know other people who do.

Venus-Pluto tends toward intense and extreme reactions about love and sex. Pluto also rules propaganda and bullies and you could come into contact with someone who wants to push a belief or idea on you. Perhaps best to just walk away from potential fireworks! Or not..but be prepared for extreme reactions if you stay. Pluto is the planet of transformation and has the ability to destroy many situations/relationships. But, the situation may rise like the phoenix from the ashes and be born again in another form. One relationship could end and another begin.

Venus-Uranus deals with the unexpected and often Uranus aspects represent freedom for yourself or someone else. Uranus is about freedom, liberation, rebellion and some may not want to be told what to do. Uranus has the affect of causing sudden events often involving endings and separations or unexpected twists and turns.

Venus can always involve money, and many relationships will be affected by this transit, and some may and will end. If this is the case, the relationship would have been on shaky ground anyway. Stable relationships may go through change and come out stronger.

Profound change is in the air now, and it may not be easy but it can be liberating. And remember when dealing with Pluto, what is destroyed may be reborn from the ashes to rise again in stronger form.

All of this falls on the eve of a full moon in Taurus, November 17 (Sunday) at 10:16 a.m EST. Full moons can intensify any situation and this moon is the natural ruler of the second house of money and earned income.

Taurus is an earth sign, geared toward sensuality, resources and pleasure. It is a 'stubborn' sign and decisions made at this time may be final. The moon leaves Aires and enters Taurus at 9:49 a.m November 15, and for some this energy will bring a calmer period.
