Pisces full moon: delving deep into the unknown

August 29, a Full Moon occurs at 6 degrees of Pisces. This is a significant moon, as it conjuncts Neptune, opposes Jupiter, and makes several other aspects, and is considered a supermoon.
Richard Noell coined the term supermoon and describes it in the following manner, "SuperMoons are noteworthy for their close association with extreme tidal forces working in what astrologers of old used to call the sublunary world: the atmosphere, crust and oceans of our home planet - including ourselves, of course. From extreme coastal tides to severe storms to powerful earthquakes and volcanic eruptions, the entire natural world surges and spasms under the sway of the SuperMoon alignment - within three days either way of the exact syzygy, as a general rule."
Events connected to this full moon will begin to play out immediately as we are already into the energy of this moon, and where this moon falls in your personal chart will determine how it plays out for you as always.

This moon aspects Saturn (structure, discipline, hardships), Jupiter (expansion, beliefs), the Sun, and Neptune (dreams, ideals, illusion, delusion and confusion), and Pluto (intensity).

Moon-Neptune aspects can signify vivid dreams, daydreaming, increases in alcohol and substance abuse, confusion, lack of clarity, psychic perceptions, compassion and spiritual and religious interests. It is also prone toward deception and even self deception. The way you are thinking or what you believe may not be the way things really are so clarity of mind and thinking is essential.

With proper grounding now is the time to dream of the future. You could chose to participate in water related events this weekend, and this is the last full moon of the summer.

This moon also opposes Jupiter and the Sun, blowing things out of proportion, and as every full moon can, its opposition to the Sun can make things seem overly emotional. As a matter of fact for some this could be an emotional armageddon. Things buried in your subconscious may come out at this time.

As Pisces rules the 12th house we may see endings of different types on this moon, or it may touch something in your subconscious mind. Twelfth house matters are often connected with the unknown. We may feel linked to others psychically more than ever. Or you could feel lost in a fog (Neptune) and hopeless. It is better to make a conscious choice to move forward at any cost (Saturn) and continue to live your own ideals (Jupiter). This moon opposes Jupiter in Virgo along with Neptune. (Jupiter will oppose Neptune mid September) Neptune and (Moon)-Jupiter transits may be creative, prone to daydreaming, and create a desire to do compassionate things, but it is also prone to deception, lies, dishonesty, lack of clarity or a belief in something that is not based on reality. If something appears to be too good to be true, it probably is. Now is not the time to get involved in ventures, relationships or anything else that are not grounded in reality, and this is certainly not the time for speculative financial ventures/investments or new ventures that involve money. You could fall of a diet or health regime.

Setting your intentions on this full moon, creativity, psychic studies, charity work, daydreaming, artistic efforts, water related activities will all be good choices at this time.

Going blindly into something that is highly speculative (including relationships) may not turn out so well.

This energy may be difficult for some to harness, but if you can it is a time of dreams, hopes, inspiration and pleasant memories.

Events will continue to play out in our lives over the next few days as the energy of this full moon will last at least a week before and a week after.

You will be affected personally by this full moon if you have mutable planets (Pisces, Virgo, Sagittarius, or Gemini) at 4-9 degrees. Those with Pluto in Virgo from 4-10 degrees will undergo some sort of crisis, born roughly 1960-early 1963.

August 31, the Sun opposes Neptune. This is another day where clarity may not rule the day, and there is a tendency toward deception on many levels. Vivid dreams will be common.

September 1, Venus conjuncts Mars, and this energy will amp up our interest in sex or the opposite sex. An attraction that begins on this day will not be lukewarm. But, this transit is also indicative of problems between men and women, and sparks may fly one way or another. As we are still in the energy of the full moon, there could be clashes in personal beliefs.

We live in a wonderful world that is full of beauty, charm and adventure. There is no end to the adventures that we can have if only we seek them with our eyes open.

― Jawaharlal Nehru

This full moon will also play out in the world as it does our own lives and we are likely to see water or weather related events.

We will no doubt hear news concerning religion, and/or those who cloak themselves in the guise of religion or pseudo-religion that is in fact terrorism, or those who push their own beliefs and ideals to the extreme, as we did August 26, with the shooting death of two young TV journalists in Virginia by a man who claimed racial bias.

Politicians will pontificate, push their ideals to the extreme and flat out lie or be unrealistic.
Scandals may come to the forefront.

We could see events connected with money, the financial markets, and the oceans.
As this moon squares Uranus (8 degrees Gemini)  we will see unexpected events and situations in the US. Uranus lies in the 6th house (US Sibley chart) which governs workers, health and healthcare workers, and Uranus rules aircraft, TV (the death of 2 young journalists has already occurred) the internet and technology. It also rules inventions, aircraft, broadcast technology and weather.
