Grand Cross event calendar/timeframes for April

 

April 2014 the grand cross becomes exact and we will see many events occurring in the world and our personal lives of large magnitude.

Events personally and in the world will be more likely to occur on the dates listed below, but as the planets become exact events may be set off simply as a result of the energy of the big three planets coming together, Uranus, Pluto and Jupiter, or by the moon. Moon transits are not included in this list. Events may occur in the day or two before or after the event date.

1-The March 30, New Moon will 'set off' the grand cross at 10 degrees of Aries and from this point forward the energy of the planets involved will continue to escalate through April. If you have personal planets at 8-14 degrees or so of Cardinal signs (Cancer, Capricorn, Libra and Aries) this new moon and the grand cross will affect you more so than others. New moons generally coincide with new beginnings, but as this moon aspects the grand square it may seem like a full moon in strength.

2-March 29, Venus squares Saturn at 22 degrees of Aquarius-Scorpio on the eve of the new moon.

3-April 1-2 Sun squares Jupiter, conjuncts Uranus, squares Pluto setting off the grand cross

Events- Confusion over missing aircraft 370, earthquakes and fire in Chile, multiple shootings at Ft. Hood, TX.

4-April 8/9-Sun opposes Mars at 16 degrees Libra-Aries. A volatile transit that produces tempers, violence, accidents.

Event-School stabbing 24 people in PA.

5-April 11-Venus conjuncts Neptune- Could produce wet conditions, confusion in relationships, lack of clarity and focus, Venus rules women and money/values. Creativity and compassion in focus.

6-April 14-Mercury squares Jupiter, Mercury conjuncts Uranus, setting off the GC. Pluto goes stationary direct at 7:44 p.m. EST

Heavy news day with much communication that could be about technology, young people, accidents, travel, governments, unexpected news, much excitement and anger, hard to keep up with events as they will happen so fast.

Pluto turning direct awakens the 'sleeping giant' and agendas come out into the open and this is significant as it opposes the US natal Sun and amps up energy of the grand cross. A significant day.

 

7-April 15- full moon lunar eclipse 25 degrees Libra, Mercury squares Pluto.

A very significant time period. Events are triggered by eclipses and this one rules relationships and seventh house matters-relationships with all others, courts, laws, those considered 'open enemies,' whose interests oppose 'ours.' Mercury-Pluto reveals information, accidents, control, power struggles, obsessions, anger, media or media figures may be in the news, information about NSA could come to light, issues around young people.

 

8-April 16-Mercury opposes Mars Arguments, issues concerning travel, communications, young people, weapons, a great deal of mental energy in the world.

9-April 20-Jupiter squares Uranus, opposes Pluto This is the beginning of completion of the Grand Cross. We’ve seen many situations already, including the situation in Crimea, Syria, and Wall Street to name a few. Jupiter blows thing out of proportion, so we should expect the problems to be exacerbated over the next few weeks. This pass of the Uranus square Pluto completes tomorrow, although its effects have been felt for some time and will continue to be felt for a long while to come.  Changes in governments and the worldwide expansion of terrorism are front and center along with financial changes in the markets.

10-April 21-Uranus squares Pluto

11-April 22-Mars squares Jupiter and this completes and sets off the grand cross. This will blow things out of proportion and the question we have to ask is can we get through this period on the world stage without the escalation of a full blown fight.  The GC falls dead on the natal Sun in Vladimir Putin's chart, and the Sun in the US chart, to name a few.

12-April 23- Mars opposes Uranus, squares Pluto- We could see changes in financial markets and this along with yesterdays transit represents the peak of the GC and is very powerful. Mars-Uranus relates to explosions, explosive situations, bullies, control issues, obsessions, fights, electronics, violence, weapons, even nuclear energy. On a personal level avoid arguments and dangerous situations and places over the next few days both before and after. It is not a question of if this transit will manifest but rather to what degree it can be contained.

13-April 25-Sun conjuncts Mercury Issues of security and stability, young people, transport, much communication, willfulness.

14-April 28-29-Solar eclipse 8 degrees Taurus. Another critical juncture. Taurus rules the earth, and is connected with money, security.

15-May 2-Mercury opposes Saturn Negative communication news relating to transportation, young people, security.

 Not all events in April will be negative in the end, although it may seem that way as regeneration is occurring on many levels in the world and personally, and the nature of Pluto is to break down and rebuild in a stronger way. On a personal level we have an opportunity to break free of situations that have become oppressive or step into new situations we have desired for a long while. Good luck to all!
