October 9, the Sun and
Mercury are conjunct and square Pluto at 16 degrees of Libra-Capricorn.
Sun-Mercury is considered a willful transit and many
will project this energy. Arrogance and pushiness may prevail, and you may be
tempted to say exactly what you think, and so could others. Watch travel and
communication.
Both planets
create a difficult square to Pluto (power, power struggles, bullies,
change and transformation) that can be obsessive in nature and arguments may be
common. You could have a specific and single thought in your mind and it may be
hard to let go of.
Power struggles can
occur and many things may be uncovered. People may seem openly aggressive. If
you are searching for the answer to a question or situation you may be able to
uncover many things on this day.
Situations can
take on a personal tone, and change can occur on many levels. Many things come
together and reach a peak or end in our lives on days like this one. As both
planets are in Libra, relationships may be altered or changed, and they don't
have to be romantic.
Conflict with others
is likely, and the best things I can say about it is with the nature of Pluto,
and a lot of work, some things may be transformed. Focus on what you would like
to change.
Sun-Pluto transits have to do with the breakdown of things
and rebuilding. Some may feel they are involved in a situation where the change
is forced upon them. Give it a day or two and see if you feel the same way
before making irrevocable decisions.
There is no doubt this
energy will play out in the world on or before these transits are exact. We can
expect to see and feel angry energy and power struggles.
Issues may center
around money and finances, but Pluto rules also rules nuclear events. The media
will be involved in a big way, and situations will likely be uncovered at this
time. Some things may break down completely or end.
Those who will be
affected to a greater degree will have Cardinal planets-Aries, Cancer, Libra or
Capricorn at 15-17 degrees. The energy of this transit will occur before it
peaks on October 9, and a few days after.
