Mars the action planet, known as the
‘God of War,’ is separating from its conjunction with Uranus that was exact on
Monday, August 1st. It’s been a chaotic and unpredictable time for
many, especially for those whose chart this aspect actually hit.
Floods in Kentucky have killed dozens
of people, tension is building over House Speaker Pelosi’s trip to Taiwan
sending the stock market down 359 points (DJIA) Tuesday, and the US drones
killed the current al-Qaeda leader to name a few things that have occurred
around the world. While these planets are separating the energy is still with
us.
By the latter part of the week Mars
will be approaching its square to Saturn which is exact August 7th,
but this is a different type of energy.
Mars-Saturn creates frustration, blocked energy, aggravation, and
potential arguments, accidents and disagreements as well as basic irritability
and difficulty in self expression. Mars
rules our energy and in some way it may seem restricted. This can be a period
where we don't have the vigor we are accustomed to, and we may feel limited or
slowed down in some way.
This is not a positive transit and the
more you fight a situation the more resistance you will face. The best way to
deal with this transit is to proceed with caution, slowly and methodically as
you go about your week. If something seems impossible or difficult give it a
few days and try again. Used constructively, you may accomplish more than you
think if your frustrations don’t get the better of you. Take a defensive
approach and relax if you can, especially since the aspect is exact on Sunday.
Saturn-Mars transits can involve
military and police affairs, and we can expect to see some upheaval in the news
over these few days.
